The 2020 revised study provides a comprehensive update of the PFF program, and summarizes an analysis of the need for public facilities and capital improvements to support future development within Stanislaus County through 2045. The 2020 revision updates the regional transportation impact fee (RTIF) and fees for the Crows Landing Industrial Business Park (CLIBP) Specific Plan Area.
The Stanislaus County Economic Development Unit of the Chief Executive Office is tasked with the development of land inventory for job creation, fee and incentives program development/maintenance, various interfaces with City partners on sphere modifications, annexations, and master agreements and Regional Tourism facilitation which include outreach projects aimed at improving the image and perception of our communities and our region.
