Welcome to the Administration Unit where we strive to provide excellent customer service in the areas of Disability Management, Employee Benefits, Liability Claims/Insurance and Safety.
As well as supporting each of the various Units the Administration Unit prepares the Mid Year and Fiscal Year Budgets, administers HR/Personnel procedures, and ensures Accounts Payables and Payroll are completed accurately and timely. In addition, the Administration Unit ensures that the Board of Supervisor's Vision, Mission, Priorities and Values are being met and participates in County-wide Strategic Planning through leadership meetings with the Chief Executive Office.
